Payment and Cancellation Policy
Prepayment: 30% of the total amount will be charged at the time of booking. The rest will be charged on the day of arrival.

Cancellation Policy: If the reservation is cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, the 30% deposit payment will be refunded. If cancelled later, 30% deposit payment will not be refunded.

Check-in and Check-out
Our regular working hours: Check in: 16h – 23h; Check out: at any time before 12h (noon).

Early Check-in: If you arrive earlier than 16h: starting from 12.30h (not before) you can leave your suitcases with us. If your apartment is empty and prepared, we’ll be glad to check you in, but this is not always possible.

Late Check-in: (after 23h) is possible ONLY until 2am and there is a surcharge: 23h-00h: 20€, 00h-01h: 30€, 01h-02h: 50€ (to be paid on arrival).

Booking Confirmations
Booking confirmations are automatically generated on screen when the user accepts the reservation and are also sent by email subsequent to the booking being made.

The apartments are allocated to guests in the same way the rooms are allocated in a hotel - they are rented as types and not as specific units, and the photos represent the type. For example, if you rent an apartment with Sagrada Familia view at Avinguda Gaudí 8, you will be assigned an apartment with Sagrada Familia view at Avinguda Gaudí 8, but the exact number of your apartment will not be confirmed until the day of your arrival.
